I have always welcomed change in my personal and professional life. Since moving from Australia to practice licensed dentistry in Israel in 1996, my professional experiences have taken me around the world. One of my greatest experiences , though, has been working in partnership with Dr. Stephen Kurer and Dr. Jacob Jackson and our associates at the KJJ clinic in Jerusalem since 2000.

My tenure at KJJ has been truly rewarding. While I took a five-year sabbatical in Boston (2005-2009), where I served in a full-time faculty position in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, I was excited to return to KJJ in 2010 to continue providing quality dental care to my patients. Since then, over the years, I have traveled back and forth between Boston and Jerusalem, as I currently hold a part-time faculty position at Harvard where I teach and lecture about Restorative Dentistry each summer

Many of my dear patients know that it has been many years since I have lived in Jerusalem. And now, with my family joining me to live in Ra’anana, I find myself at a bittersweet crossroads. While I am saddened to leave KJJ, I strongly feel the need to start working closer to home. For this reason i am excited to be opening my new dental practice in Raanana in a few weeks time. I look forward to being able to provide dedicated and professional dental care to new clients in the center of Israel.

I feel wistful at having to say goodbye to the team at KJJ Dental Office and associates as we have shared many good years together. At a recent farewell dinner, I was happy to have had the chance to express my gratitude to all of them (see pictures!). I will also miss all of my Jerusalem patients, whom I have been honored to care for over the past years and whose smiles reminded me of why I love dentistry. Thankfully, your dental care will remain in good, trusted hands.

I am excited to embark on this new chapter in my personal and professional life. Come October, I will warmly welcome patients at my Ra’anana Dental Care in Ra’anana.

אני תמיד מברכת שינוי בחיי האישיים והמקצועיים. מאז שעברתי מאוסטרליה לישראל כדי לקבל רישיון ברפואת שיניים ב 1996, החוויות המקצועיות שלי לקחו אותי למקומות ברחבי העולם. עם זאת, הכבוד הגדול ביותר שלי הוא לעבוד בשותפות עם ד"ר סטפן קורר וד"ר ג'ייקוב ג'קסון והעמיתים שלנו בקליניקת KJJ בירושלים משנת 2000.

הקביעות שלי ב KJJ היא בהחלט מתגמלת. בעוד לקחתי חמש שנים שבתון בבוסטון (2005-2009), שבהם עבדתי במשרה מלאה בסגל מחלקת שיקום השיניים בבית הספר לרפואת שינים של הרווארד, הייתי נרגשת לחזור ל KJJ ב 2010 כדי להמשיך לספק טיפול שיניים איכותי למטופלים שלי. מאז, במהלך השנים, נסעתי הלוך וחזור בין בוסטון וירושלים וכרגע אני מחזיקה במשרה חלקית בסגל של הרווארד שבו אני מלמדת ומרצה על שחזור רפואת שיניים בכל קיץ.

הרבה מהמטופלים היקרים שלי יודעים שעברו הרבה שנים מאז שהתגוררתי בירושלים. וכעת ביחד עם המשפחה שלי שמצטרפת אליו להתגורר ברעננה, מצאתי את עצמי בצומת מתוקה-מרירה.

בעוד אני עצובה לעזוב את KJJ, אני מרגישה צורך חזק להתחיל לעבוד קרוב לבית. בגלל הסיבה הזאת, באוקטובר 2017 אני פותחת מרפאת שיניים חדשה ברעננה. אני מצפה להיות מסוגלת לספק טיפול שיניים מסור ומקצועי ללקוחות החדשים במרכז ישראל.

אני מרגישה מלא געגועים להגיד להתראות לצוות במשרדים של קליניקת KJJ והעמיתים מכיוון שעברנו הרבה שנים טובות משותפות ביחד. בארוחת ערב לפרידה שנערכה לאחרונה, שמחתי לקבל את ההזדמנות להביע את הכרת התודה לכולם (תראו תמונות!). אני גם אתגעגע לכל המטופלים שלי בירושלים שזה היה לי הכבוד לטפל בהם במהלך השנים האחרונות ושהחיוכים שלהם מזכירים לי למה אני אוהבת רפואת שיניים.

למרבה המזל, טיפול השיניים שלכם בידיים טובות ומהימנות. אני נרגשת לפתוח את הפרק החדש הזה בחיי האישיים והמקצועיים. תבואו באוקטובר, אני אקבל בברכה מטופלים במרפאת השיניים שלי ברעננה.
